Windows 7 PHOTOSHOP Reading Text Global Resources...done

To solve the problem follow these steps (Only for Windows 7)
{You can try for other system}

Go to the setting ....................................................

C:\Users\MMC\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop\8.0ME\Adobe Photoshop CS Settings

Now you will see a file named: Adobe Photoshop Cs Prefs
Delete this file or rename.
NOTE: Here "MMC" is the user name of your Computer.
It's the best solution for me.
